A chapter, perhaps the last, this delayed and complicated issue of procedural reform. Apparently Representatives last Thursday passed a revised text of the Code, with some tweaks for versions 7962 and 7974 laws. The other novelty is that the rules take effect on February 1 next year.
Once the text is published in the Official Gazette, will update my work on the Code. BC
